Take the following steps to join Coffee Hour using Zoom.
- You will need a computer or device that connects to the internet or a cell phone.
- There are two ways to proceed from here. 1.) If your are using Zoom for the first time, use the internet browser on your device go to www.zoom.com and follow the directions to download the Zoom application onto your device and follow the directions. 2.) - You will receive an invitation to coffee hour in your email. It will look like the following invitation which has 4 parts:
Name of person hosting the meeting
Topic: Of the meeting
Time: Date and time of the meeting

Part 1 – General Information
Part 2 – The address of the meeting location and a numerical meeting ID. From the Zoom application you downloaded, or from your web browser, click on “Join a Meeting” and type in the numerical meeting ID.
If the meeting has started you will get a meeting screen. At the bottom, left corner of that screen there are two areas, one to enable audio and the other to enable video. Make sure both are enabled.
Part 4 – A selection of phone numbers to use if you are joining the meeting by phone. Pick one and dial it. Enter the meeting ID when prompted for it.
